The following is our carefully designed manufacturing process, and our expertise and pursuit of quality can be seen at every step:

1.Cross-cut

We use high-precision laser cutting machines with a cutting accuracy of up to ±0.05mm to ensure that each piece of material meets your specific needs. The accuracy of this step lays a solid foundation for subsequent processing.


2. Stamp

Adopting advanced hydraulic stamping machines, the stamping speed can reach 50 times per minute to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the shape, and the stamping tolerance is controlled within ±0.1mm.


3. CNC

Through the precision machining of CNC machine tools, we are able to ensure that the size and shape of each component meet the design requirements. The CNC machining accuracy is as high as ±0.02mm, and the repetition accuracy is controlled within ±0.005mm.


4. Skiving fin producing

We specialize in the manufacture of radiator fins, using advanced process technology to optimize thermal conductivity. The fin thickness can be controlled between 0.5mm and 3mm, and the spacing accuracy can reach ±0.1mm.


5. Polish

The parts are finely polished to improve the surface quality and aesthetics. Our polishing process can remove subtle surface defects and make the product surface roughness reach below Ra0.8.


6. Sandblast

Sandblasting removes surface impurities to prepare for subsequent processes. This step not only improves the surface quality of the product, but also enhances its corrosion resistance, and the surface hardness is increased by more than 20%.


7. Tap

Threaded holes are processed on parts for easy assembly and fixation. Our tapping process is precise, ensuring the consistency and strength of the threads, and the thread tolerance is controlled within ±0.05 mm.


8. Drill

According to design requirements, holes are drilled accurately on parts. Our drilling process ensures that the position and size of the holes are accurate, meeting strict design specifications, and the hole diameter tolerance is controlled within ±0.05 mm.


9. Grind

Further refine the surface treatment of the components to ensure its smoothness and precision. Our grinding process can eliminate subtle surface unevenness and improve the surface quality of the product, with a surface roughness of less than Ra1.6.


10. Sealing test

Strict sealing tests are carried out to ensure the reliability and durability of the product. Our sealing test ensures that the product is leak-free under pressure, with a test pressure of up to 10MPa.


11. Silkscreen

The necessary logos and information are screen-printed on the surface of the product. Our silkscreen process ensures clear and durable printing with a printing accuracy of ±0.1mm.


12. Assembly

Finally, we assemble all components into the final product and conduct a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure that it meets your expectations. Our assembly process ensures the structural stability and functional integrity of the product with an assembly accuracy of ±0.2mm.
