A new chapter in precision manufacturing, engineering collaboration, and thermal management solutions.
Kingka Tech Industrial Limited is pleased to announce the opening of its new manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China. The relocation marks an important step in our continued efforts to improve production efficiency, strengthen quality control, and better support customers in the thermal management industry.
Designed around a more integrated manufacturing workflow, the new three-floor facility brings together CNC machining, engineering support, product assembly, testing, warehousing, and quality inspection.
With upgraded production equipment, improved internal coordination, and expanded testing capabilities, KINGKA Tech is better positioned to support customers in power electronics, electric vehicles, server cooling, and industrial equipment.
CNC Machining
Precision manufacturing and component production.
Engineering Support
Technical collaboration and design evaluation.
Assembly & Testing
Coordinated assembly and product verification.
Quality Control
Inspection and manufacturing process oversight.
A New Manufacturing Facility Built for Better Efficiency
The move to the new facility represents more than an expansion of manufacturing space. It provides an opportunity to improve how different production activities work together.
Compared with the previous facility, the new plant features updated manufacturing equipment, new production lines, and a more organized production environment.
Digital production management and real-time monitoring help maintain better visibility over manufacturing activities, supporting more consistent process control and timely coordination.

Integrated Manufacturing Workflow Across Three Floors
One of the most important improvements is the facility's integrated layout, which connects different manufacturing functions within a single building.
The production areas are organized according to their roles:
This arrangement reduces unnecessary material movement and helps improve communication between departments throughout production.
Expanded In-House Testing and Quality Control
Reliable product performance depends not only on manufacturing accuracy but also on appropriate inspection and validation.
The new KINGKA Tech facility includes expanded in-house testing capabilities, allowing more testing activities to be coordinated directly with manufacturing operations.
Bringing these capabilities closer to production helps reduce dependence on external laboratories for supported tests and enables faster communication between manufacturing and quality teams.

Liquid Cooling Testing
Supports the evaluation of cooling assemblies and operating performance.
Leak Testing
Helps verify sealing integrity in liquid cooling components.
Salt Spray Testing
Supports corrosion resistance evaluation where required.
Thermal Resistance Testing
Helps assess heat transfer performance under defined conditions.

Stronger Collaboration Between Engineering and Manufacturing
Effective communication between engineering and production teams is essential in custom thermal management manufacturing.
In the new facility, the engineering office is located directly above the main machining floor, enabling closer collaboration between design engineers and manufacturing personnel.
This arrangement supports faster feedback on design for manufacturability (DFM), machining feasibility, material considerations, and production requirements.
For custom heat sinks, liquid cold plates, and precision CNC-machined components, closer coordination helps improve the transition from prototype development to production.
Supporting Custom Thermal Management Projects
The new manufacturing facility strengthens KINGKA Tech's ability to support customers seeking customized thermal management products and precision manufacturing services.
Liquid cold plates
Custom liquid cooling components for power electronics and other thermal applications.
Aluminum Heat Sinks
Thermal management components for electronic and industrial equipment.
Precision CNC Machining
Custom metal components manufactured according to customer requirements.
Prototype to Production
Manufacturing support from early sampling to repeat production orders.
By combining machining, engineering, assembly, and testing in one facility, KINGKA Tech aims to provide more coordinated manufacturing services throughout the project lifecycle.
